CARTA board members are appointed by the mayors of the area they represent on the board of directors. CARTA board meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the CARTA Board Room, 1617-B Wilcox Boulevard, Chattanooga. All CARTA board meetings are open to the public.
